Q.   Can you help with time planning?

A.   Yes, we are very familiar with all of Orlando, as well as the time it will take to get to your occasion.

Q.   What happens if my limousine is late?

A.   We have a perfect record of being on time but, if it should happen, we will give you an extra hour free.

Q.   Will the limousine have ice?

A.   Yes, ice and water are provided at no charge.

Q.   Can we bring liquor?

A.   Yes, but all occupants must be of legal age.

Q.   Will our chauffeur know were to go?

A.   Our limousines are GPS equipped.

Q.   What will our chauffeur be wearing?

A.   All of our chauffeurs are dressed in black suit and tie.

Q.   Can I change my pick up time?

A.   Absolutely! Just give us reasonable notice so we can accomodate your needs.

Q.   What happens if we go over time?

A.   We will bill you at the booked rate in 1/2 hour increments.

Q.   Can you supply champagne>

A.   Upon request, it will be our pleasure.

Q.   Are there glasses in the limousine.

A.   Yes. We always have champagne flutes and rock glasses for mixed drinks available.

Q.   Will the limousine be cleaned during stops?

A.   Yes. All glasses and trash will be cleaned during stops.
